Formerly known as Palestine Action U.S., Unity of Fields is “a far-left anti-Zionist ‘direct action network’ that engages in and/or promotes and protests and defacement of private property belonging to organizations and individuals it considers supportive of Israel and ‘Zionism.’” Unity of Fields has been responsible for promoting and applauding the vandalism of public and private university properties, protests in the streets of Los Angeles and New York City, and encampments in a number of cities throughout the United States. After Elias Rodriguez killed two Israeli Embassy staffers in May 2025, Unity of Fields created the “Free Elias Rodriguez Organizing Committee,” and described his actions as “a legitimate act of resistance.”
A group of pro-Hamas protesters gathered outside of a building in Brooklyn, NY, with a flag saying “Long Live October 7th” and harassed NYPD. One protester squeezed a toy pig in the face of a police officer. Later, protesters jumped over subway turnstiles and overrun cars stuck in traffic while yelling at passengers who had nothing to do with the protest.
On September 19, 2024, a group of about 150 people gathered at the Wilson Library at the University of North Carolina (UNC) Chapel Hill for a Students for Justice in Palestine (SJP) walk-out event. A statement from UNC Chancellor Lee H. Roberts condemning SJP noted “the group began moving around the center of campus and disrupted operations of the University. They entered at least nine academic buildings across campus shouting and attempting to disrupt classes. They also vandalized the interior and exterior of buildings along their way with spray paint and permanent markers. They caused significant damage throughout multiple buildings. The group then gathered at the ROTC Naval Armory building, which is included in the National Register of Historic Places and proceeded to damage the exterior with spray paint.” In August 2024 the SJP chapter was suspended from X for inflammatory posts that included likening police to the Ku Klux Klan and calling fraternity members who defended the American flag from being torn down on the university campus “fascist.”
A far-left academic, Rodriguez who put a machete to the throat of a New York Post reporter at a pro-Hamas protest in 2023, In 2024, Rodriquez led a crowd of protesters outside of the Brooklyn Museum chanting, “Our ancestors did not dream of us, joining the armed forces, or running their f****** government. Our ancestors dreamed of us, slitting the master’s throat.”

The Denver Communists website features a picture depicting Hamas terrorists paragliding into Israel on October 7, 2023, in an attack that took the lives of more than 1,200 Israeli civilians. The image includes a caption advocating for Palestinian liberation “by any means necessary.”
